TicketsOnDemand is a Las Vegas-based event ticketing company founded in 2013 to compete it what is widely recognized as the most complicated ticketing environment in the country. At present BV’s aggregate platform carries an inventory of over 170 individual shows, tours and attractions, many with multiple performances per day - most with multiple price points. In addition, the platform communicates with multiple box office management products, and delivers tickets in both print and electronic (mobile) formats, all while maintaining a near Six Sigma transactional success rate of 99.995%.
In 2016 the company expanded on the capabilities of its internal ticketing system to include our ‘Virtual Box Office’ product, which for the first time gave us the ability to manage multiple databases from within a single platform. Since that time the business has consistently expanded its distribution capabilities including, but not limited to responsive web, digital group sales, self-service kiosks, etc.
Always looking forward, the company made the decision in late 2017 to complete the technological circle and accelerate the build-out of its IP to a level that would allow it to compete in wider event ticketing market(s). A second round of funding was raised; an extraordinarily talented in-house tech team was assembled, and the knowledge of industry-leading professionals brought to bear in the design, execution and delivery of TOD Enterprise – our highly advanced, feature rich and cost-efficient entrant into the national and international primary event ticket market.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As Co-founder and CEO, Ed is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s overall business strategy, all things financial and investor relations.
Prior to founding the company, Ed built a successful career in the gaming industry beginning as a member of the finance department at MGM Resorts, and culminating 8 years later as the Vice President of Casino Marketing for Greektown Casino in Detroit, Michigan. After departing the gaming industry in 2001 he built a second career in commercial real estate real estate brokerage where he specialized in manufacturing and distribution facilities for CCR/Cushman & Wakefield.
When not engaged in managing and growing the business, Ed concentrates on his passion for automobiles and auto racing, which he participates in on a regular, if not terrifying, basis.
Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Bill is a founding investor in Brand Vegas and continues to be active in the financial management of the company including its ongoing fundraising activities. His extensive resume includes Founder & Former CEO of RUN Restaurants dba Hash House a Go Go, Partner in corporate finance and Director of the restaurant group at Alex Brown and Sons; he also served as CEO of Heartland Foods, Advent Entertainment, Warburton’s USA, and Paladin LLC. In addition, Bill served as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles, California.
Bill’s educational background includes an M.B.A. from the Harvard School of Business, a J.D. from Boston College and a B.A. from Union College.
Senior VP of Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations Ernest Topps is responsible for collaborating with other members of the executive committee and executing the company’s strategic growth plan. He works closely with the CEO in defining management policies and procedures throughout the organizational lines of business to achieve dynamic growth. Ernest comes to Brand Vegas, LLC with over thirty years of senior management and executive leadership experience. Those experiences include 3 years B to B sales with George S. May International Business Consulting Company, 7 years as Chief Financial Officer with Pentagon Holdings, LLC overseeing financial retail operations and mergers and acquisitions, 5 years as Corporate Controller for First Consulting Group and information technology firm from rapid growth through IPO, 10 years of real estate industry with Urban Investment and Development Company, a $400MM commercial and residential development company as Associate Development Manager and Accounting manager. Mr. Topps is continually active in youth development through athletics since moving to Las Vegas, NV in 2004. While in Lynwood California, he was elected and served on that city’s economic development board. He received a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Elmhurst College along with certifications in Strategic Planning from the University of Michigan.
VP of Sales
Natasha Koral is a 30 year veteran of the entertainment industry. She started working in punk rock clubs in her teens and her experience ranges from owning and running musical festivals such as Gathering of the Vibes to producing events and productions as diverse as the SF Fetish Ball and the Soft Bank conference. In between she has run a label, booked and managed talent, and owned and operated venues. During the latter part of her career she was VP of Sales and ad hoc operations for In Ticketing managing a multi-million dollar book of business with a full sales team, with clients that included Burning Man, but spanned multiple verticals. Though she took a short hiatus to build a thriving canine behavior and training facility, she refers to the biz as Malaria, in that once you have it in your blood, it’s permanent, and it always comes back.
She is thrilled to bring her resources, skills and wit to the TicketsOnDemand team.
Director of Ticketing Operations
Mike relocated to Las Vegas from Rhode Island in March of 2000. Later that year he began his career
in the event ticketing industry as a box office ticket agent at the Harrah’s showroom. Over the proceeding years Mike accumulated a wide array of experience while working with some of the largest ticketing companies in Las Vegas including expertise box office operations and management, sales agent support and direct customer service.
Since joining the Brand Vegas team ad Director of Ticketing Operations Mike has been instrumental in captaining the day-to-day operations of the company where his duties including database and inventory management, customer/client service, and supervision of concierge staff. In addition, Mike oversees daily interactions with the company’s merchant service provider and provides support to our local sales and marketing partners.
Enterprise Applications Architect
When Srini joined TicketsOnDemand in 2018, he brought with him over 22 years of experience in the IT Industry in application design, development, implementation and maintenance. Srini has demonstrated strong experience and knowledge in the areas of database design, development, and implementation. Some of Srini's skills include 12+ years of experience in J2EE technologies, 11+ years of C#.net & 3 years of TIBCO. Srini specializes in Gaming, Media, Ticketing, and Web Applications. He is committed to meet deadlines and deliverables which achieving excellence and high quality of work.
Srini's educational background includes a number of technical certifications inclduing but not limited to, Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM, as well as, a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communications from Andhra University.
